		148 High Street Rickmansworth Hertfordshire WD3 1BA Rickmansworth Hypnotherapy clinic is based in a lovely bright and airy room within the Chiropractic & Pain Management Centre, conveniently in Central Rickmansworth. It is just a few minutes walk from Rickmansworth Station and parking is directly opposite in Marks and Spencers car park (free for two hours).

How to get there using Public Transport

Rickmansworth is on the Metropolitan line (Chesham and Amersham branch) and takes approx 30 mins from Baker Street.

Marylebone Station to Rickmanworth on Chiltern Railways is only a 22 minute journey.

Ruislip Clinic Information

Please note that due to heavy demand for my services in the Rickmansworth area, for the time being I will not be working from Ruislip. Apologies for any inconvenience, but if you are local to Ruislip and are prepared to travel, it's only a 20-25 minute drive to Rickmansworth. Rickmanworth station is only a 10 minute train journey from Harrow on the Hill station (Take the Chiltern Railways towards Aylesbury)

About Cara Ostryn

As a successful and fully qualified hypnotherapist, Cara runs the Ruislip Hypnotherapy Clinic. She is 39 years old and has been practicing hypnotherapy for over 12 years. She has a diploma in Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and a degree in Psychology and believes in continually updating her skills and knowledge. This is easy because she loves the field she works in and gets a great deal of satisfaction from helping people change their lives.

Cara is only one of a few hypnotherapists in the London area who specialise in the remarkably successful treatment of Pure Hypnoanalysis, a permanent way to resolve almost all psychological, emotional & stress-related symptoms.

Cara is a full member of the IAPH - the International Association of Hypnoanalysts www.successfulhypnotherapy.com and abides by their strict code of practice and ethics.

This not only ensures premium quality care, but also guarantees complete privacy and confidentiality for the client.

Members of the IAPH must also achieve a sufficient level of Continuing Professional Development, to ensure existing skills and techniques are constantly updated. Continuing Professional Development takes the form of advanced training and research in the fields of hypnosis, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and related areas.
